GBNo communication. Currently scared. I’m in the process of using these folks, and so far there has been no communication with me about my things. I scheduled the move for yesterday, with a backup day of today. I called yesterday to ask about when I could expect to see movers, and they told me they had to use the backup date, and someone from dispatch would call me in the evening to tell me when to expect the movers. Never got that call, so I called in the morning today and was told someone would be by between 5-7pm tonight, and the driver would call me an hour before they showed. By 730pm, after hearing nothing from anyone, I started to get the feeling things might not be quite right. I tried to call, but their offices were closed for the night, so I left a message. I’m currently in the dark about if/when I can expect to see anyone to move my stuff, and I need to hit the road to attend a wedding. Reading some of the reviews on here makes me nervous... The sales dude was funny though. That’s why 2 stars. And because this can still be saved if I can get it worked out in the morning. But I’m not hopeful and kinda wigging out due to lack of communication on their end. I hope I can come edit this review after it’s all said and done, but so far my experience has not been one I’d recommend to others.

GBAbsolutely terrible experience Absolutely terrible experience. Do NOT use this company by any means. They transfer your items from truck to truck, meaning your items will come back destroyed. I have a handful of items destroyed, shattered, and have graffiti on them. I hired them back in the very beginning of June and my items just arrived two days ago. They don’t contact you at all. It wasn’t until I contacted the better business buero that they all of a sudden got in contact with me about my belongings. They made me pay over $1,000(way over the quote price) when my items arrived along with over $700 and $800 beforehand. They were extremely late and went against their contract agreement. The head lady was extremely rude when I talked to her on the phone upon arrival. Stay away from this company and save yourself from a huge mess.

GBI would like to recommend them For me, the best compliment I can give a moving company is that they were easy. Their price was predictable, with the limited parking. The most important, that they were punctual. They were continuously helping us out and doing and moving stuff in and out with a smile on their face and no fuss.

GBAbsolutely bad service Absolutely bad service. First of all, they don't update you with any information of the pick-up. In my case, they did not tell me when the driver would contact me for the pick-up. I kept calling them asking when the driver would contact me- then they say that I'd be contacted anywhere between 11am and 3pm on the day of pick-up. The driver contacted at 10 am that he'd come for the pick up at 11 am and would charge me $150 extra for every hour that he has to wait. The pickup was done on 27 of February 2021 and the delivery start date was scheduled on 5th of March 2021. And I've not received the delivery yet until April 01, 2021 which is today. The customer care is not much of a help. They wouldn't give me any information about the delivery. They are rude at times. Exhausted with their disappointing service. Never thought that moving my household items to another state would be so horrifying. There is nothing called customer satisfaction.
