Will damage your properties They showed up very late which could be understandable. Not considerate though, as the elevator was held for them. They instantly began talking about the budgeted time not being enough and that I would have to pay $1500 extra. This is before even starting. Asked that I paid half ($750) right away. I was frustrated but desperate so did so. We got to the destination on time but they literatlly sat in the truck for 1 hour after taking a food break. When I asked if we can continue, they did so half heartedly. The final straws - They damaged the door frame carrying a dresser and forgot to place my bed on the rug as it was. They refused to correct it due to the beds weight... They still have not gotten back to me about the damaged door and its been over 8 weeks!

Great value Great value! Movers were very efficient and professional. Showed up on time and finished the job quickly! They navigated a narrow stairwell with my VERY heavy dresser with no damages to walls or furniture. Great communication, made the moving process very easy. Would recommend!

DO NOT USE!! DO NOT USE!!! Eric C. Performed our estimate and quoted us at roughly $13K. Josh W. Performed another estimate and quoted us at roughly $15K. Andre and the moving crew arrived a day late and were extremely unprepared. After Andre and his crew loaded our goods, they wrote us a bill for $26K!!! Eric C. promised us a reimbursement for over 3 months and never followed through. He and his team provided a horrible estimate and lied to us throughout the process. If you plan on using this company, have your legal team ready for action.

We had a great experience with Tower… We had a great experience with Tower moving systems and they came on time. They were also able to accommodate some quick changes that we had to put in place and add more movers, Alex and his crew were awesome we would definitely recommend them to everybody.
