GBGreat value Great value! Movers were very efficient and professional. Showed up on time and finished the job quickly! They navigated a narrow stairwell with my VERY heavy dresser with no damages to walls or furniture. Great communication, made the moving process very easy. Would recommend!

GBWill damage your properties They showed up very late which could be understandable. Not considerate though, as the elevator was held for them. They instantly began talking about the budgeted time not being enough and that I would have to pay $1500 extra. This is before even starting. Asked that I paid half ($750) right away. I was frustrated but desperate so did so. We got to the destination on time but they literatlly sat in the truck for 1 hour after taking a food break. When I asked if we can continue, they did so half heartedly. The final straws - They damaged the door frame carrying a dresser and forgot to place my bed on the rug as it was. They refused to correct it due to the beds weight... They still have not gotten back to me about the damaged door and its been over 8 weeks!

GBDO NOT USE TOWER MOVING SYSTEMS DO NOT USE TOWER MOVING SYSTEMS! They are NOT A MOVING COMPANY! They are brokers that lease out moving jobs. Prior to our moving date, Joshua Wiley gave an estimate based on the items and amount of boxes my husband told him we were moving. He retained a $750 deposit. On our moving day, we were given a time between 7:30 am and 9:00 am to expect the movers. They DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL 6:10 PM!! We had to call the driver to find out where he was and we were given a bunch of excuses. We were then told he was only a few hours away. Meanwhile, the movers arrived 10 hours late with barely an apology. We were told that there would be 3 movers, but only 2 movers came and one of the guys had never done a move before. Upon arrival, the lead guy Adam entered our home and said that we needed to go over the estimate because it wasn’t accurate. Our contract said that our move should cost $2915, instead we were being told it was going to be double that amount. When asking questions the mover threatened to leave and was raising his voice. We asked him to start the move as our hands were tied. We needed the house cleared out by the following day and it was already so late in the night to keep the conversation going. We needed the move to begin. Adam and his helper talked the entire time and were in no hurry to get the move done. A job that would have taken 3 real movers at most three hours took more than six hours. At MIDNIGHT, they still had to pack a few boxes in our garage, but at that point Adam wanted us to sign the new contract, with the new amount due of $6,800 or he’d put all of our stuff in the street. An added cost of $1800 in bubble wrap was also added. He took $800 off for the wrap when we were expressing how insane that was since most things were already packed by us. My husband was yelled at several times and threatened by Adam on several occasions during the move. We had to ask the helper to leave our home as having two guys making threats was out of control. After the move, when we tried calling to complain we got NO CALLS BACK FROM JOSHUA. We called customer service and the man we spoke to was equally as awful as Adam and Joshua. Hire a REAL moving company-not Tower Moving Systems, especially if you expect quality work and customer service.
