Full of tricks. Management at Norcross made an offer to me to straighten out my newest accounts ( total 3) that I was attempting to merge (late November). He said I could “walk from…and not pay” on one unit as long as I paid the in office rate, versus the online special. I accepted. Two weeks or so later, I went to move & my unit had an overlock--without notice. That unit is now going up for auction! I have tried to straighten it out, but the area Manager is no longer responding after our initial conversation when I informed him that I recorded the conversation. They have breached an agreement. They do not value the fact that I have several other units with them. The manager intercepts my efforts to get correspondence to upper management. After the conflict began, Securecare raised the already higher rent versus online by $10 in 60 days of establishing the new (third) account.

The service the manager Lori delivered… The service the manager Lori delivered was great for the entire time I had my things stored. I would like to suggest corporate office to review the temperature in the storage facilities in Florida where humidity is very high. I shouldn’t find mold on my belongings since they were stored completely dry. But I did. There was mold on the couch, love seat, a jacket, shoes, curtain rods, and mattresses. I had to throw the jacket away, but could clean the rest. So I suggest to have the temperature lowered down to keep humidity level down than it has been kept.

Local to my needs but... Location was local to my immediate needs and reasonable, however, the property is very run down and staff is off site more than they are onsite. I spoke to the 800 number more than onsite staff. I'd rent there again but I definitely don't go there alone after dark...

Absolutely delighted with Vickers Street storage site I have leased a unit for over 6 years on Vickers Street in Colorado Springs. The staff is extremely respectful, gracious and simply said... outstanding. I appreciated their attention to keeping the site clean and well monitored. Even though I was an end unit, there was so little dust that had come into the unit over a 6 year period! I was astounded and very much delighted that my storage boxes didn’t have dust on it. Units are well designed & staffing keeps common areas immaculate. Excellent and experienced staffing makes this location rate above all others. Thank you for hiring the best people. Ashley and his team were very helpful… Ashley and his team were very helpful in assisting me pick out a storage unit. He explained the payment process, access hours and was very helpful overall. I'd definitely use this company again, for my storage purposes. Definitely a 5 Star experience all the way.
