BRI've been having the WORST service with… I've been having the WORST service with this company. I'm Brazilian and I've choose GRANERO and FORMULA GLOBAL MOBILITY to be responsible for my international moving from Los Angeles to São Paulo. At first (before the moving) the company is extremely responsive and attentive, but after you sign the contract and pay their service, the entire deal changes. First of all. The service I paid is called INTERNATIONAL RELOCATION, they request 60 to 90 days to deliver my goods. They also request myself to be in the new country to receive this shipment. Well... since I'm moving countries for sure I'll be there waiting for my goods. But guess what? 90 days passed and my ENTIRE life (furnitures, clothes, kitchen and bathroom supplies, memories and documents) ARE STILL IN THE USA! Three months passed and NOTHING HAPPENED. I still dont have my stuff with me and I already rented an apartment that are FULLY EMPTY because this company still holding on MY ENTIRE SHIPMENT! Now they requested another month for the goods to arrive in my city. But guess what? I won't be in the country to receive this shipment because I HAVE WORK TO DO OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY AND I'VE BEEN WAITING THREE MONTHS FOR IT! I can't sit and wait HALF OF A YEAR for a company to deliver what is mine! They don't care They don't give a date, a confirmation, neither a solution for my case. They are holding on to MY WHOLE LIFE AND THINGS! Extremely disappointed. Horrible service. Horrible company.

DKExtremely pleased… Overall I have been extremely please with this experience on both ends. Everyone has been incredibly professional and responsive, and my things arrived in Denmark on time and in good condition. I couldn't ask for better service!

ZAFine, but it could have been better Overall, everything was fine. Just a few remarks: the moving team was not wearing masks; the leader was not polite; I have been told that a container would be at my place to collect my stuff, but they ended up sending only a small truck.

NLPoor Organization Was not the original company that solicited for our move. The company had an undisclosed relationship with a 2nd part company that was not disclosed until a shipping contract was sent. The American movers did not properly pack a $2,700 television or a crate that was destroyed during the move. The Dutch movers (otherside) laughed at how terrible the crating and item packaging was. The moving coordinator failed to maintain and verify a checklist prior to the move of required documents. Thus a missing insurance document was never confirmed. I do have the original document, reason for loss of document is in dispute. For insurance claim (now based on mass rather than value) is for approximately $600 and was only offered with a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

BRPerfect international move I’ve recently had a moving done by Formula Global, from Miami to Brazil, and it was flawless. They took care of everything, packaged all items well, and delivered all in the destination quickly. I’ve had problems with a previous moving company and I was very anxious, but this time I was 100% positively surprised. I highly recommend Formula Global!
