All kinds of awesome e We contacted the Belleville area facility this morning. Spoke to Raoul for information. He was great and very knowledgeable. Then we spoke with Tony at our desired location. She explained everything very well, and made our decision to use Storeage Mart very very easy. We stopped in at the facility, met Tony (who was awesome in person, likes great music, and can quote Seinfeld). Got our unit, it's clean, safe, and convenient. Also got great ideas about storing our 5th Wheel, and my motorcycle for the winter months. We're very satisfied, and looking forward to the future with at least one less thing to stress over! Extremely Helpful and Courteous Staff This is a review for the location on Shannon in Montreal Reasonable prices, full time cleaning staff which makes this facility very clean including the garage. Good access hours but most importantly a very friendly, and accommodating front desk staff. Bilel and Bacha are hard working and extremely helpful making my recent rental effortless and easy. I should also mention that Karim (previous manager) was equally kind and very friendly and will be missed at this location. I am very pleased with the simplicity of my recent rental.

Called and emailed insurance coverage… Called and emailed insurance coverage over and had a quick response and it was taken care of immediately. The storage unit facility is very clean and orderly. I'm very please storing my belongings here. Thanks and keep up the amazing service!!!

Since taken over by StorageMart from… Since taken over by StorageMart from the original owners the Office staff is not accommodating at all. Actually kinda rude! Specifically Anya or Adonia. couldn't understand her. They increased the Rent significantly almost immediately as well as added insurance automatically to your account. Even after I provided them showing coverage of insurance. She refused to give me credit. The units are older and mine always had leaves blowing through under the door and the vapor barrier is sagging from the ceiling. Not to mention the door was very difficult to raise and the locks they make you pay for are challenging to use. A little WD40 for the doors and locks would make a huge difference. It doesn't seem like any improvements to the units are underway. Good Luck!

Awesome!!! Sheyrl and Brittany from the Highway 27 location are amazing!! it was a pleasure dealing with such friendly and helpful office managers. l will highly recommend this location to friends and family.
