Great and Friendly Staff This is our first experience using Storage Mart - 3500 Interstate 70 Dr. SE, Columbia, MO as my son is going to college in Fulton, MO. Joell Watson was so helpful in explaining the process and working with me to secure a storage unit. My son met her today to claim his keys, and wanted me to know he met Joell and how kind she was to work with.

I was making a cross country move up to… I was making a cross country move up to Minnesota and Amy and her team at the Hopkins location went out of their way to help me reserve two units and help me navigate this undertaking. I can't say enough good things about how patient and kind they have been. Minnesota Nice!👏👏👏

Extremely Helpful and Courteous Staff This is a review for the location on Shannon in Montreal Reasonable prices, full time cleaning staff which makes this facility very clean including the garage. Good access hours but most importantly a very friendly, and accommodating front desk staff. Bilel and Bacha are hard working and extremely helpful making my recent rental effortless and easy. I should also mention that Karim (previous manager) was equally kind and very friendly and will be missed at this location. I am very pleased with the simplicity of my recent rental.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This was the WORST experience EVER! The manager James has the most unacceptable disposition and customer service I have ever experienced. I would NOT suggest 10415 Allisonville to an enemy. He's very arrogant and should NOT be in a leadership position, let alone customer service. However, I spoke with a Lauren from the home office and she gave me the assurance and confidence that my concerns would be taken care of. I look forward to hearing from a member of management regarding my concerns. Thanks again Lauren!!!
