Care Move were fantastic Care Move were fantastic! We moved last august and it was the first time we have ever used a removals company - and we made the right choice! Bernadette and Lorraine were both really helpful and informative. The quote given was really reasonable and they actually came to the property to do a thorough quote (which many other companies we contacted didn't bother to do!). Boxes and packing paper were delivered a month before our move, which gave us plenty of time to get everything packed. On the moving day, Tom and Isaac arrived 15 minutes early and were really friendly. They were so quick with loading and unloading the van. Both guys were keen to do a professional job. We were really impressed with how they worked. Would definitely recommend Care Move - a professional company who knows their stuff!

Outstanding Removal Compay… From my initial contact with Care Move they have been 100% professional, courteous, efficient and went the extra mile on the actual move day. Phil and Neil worked so hard and took great care with property. They made a stressful day a non stressful event. The nice way they welcomed me to my new home was so professional. I cannot thank the Care Move team enough and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Awful awful awful Awful awful awful. Bernadette is an awful person to deal with, assuming no responsibility for anything that went wrong, which was basically everything. They were late, a man short, had the wrong vehicle, broke stuff, lost stuff, were abusive in the street to each other and drive off before we could inspect the vehicle. Provided no boxes. Avoid at all costs, and don’t believe a word she says. Edit: You’re welcome, but it’s not a nasty review. It’s a fair and honest appraisal of you and your service. You don’t (can’t!) deny any of my complaints, yet you refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. That was the choice you made. So don’t complain about your review.

Care Move…AMAZING AGAIN We moved last weekend using Care Move again after using them for our last move 7 years ago. The same experience was found: speedy, on time, efficient, polite, funny, helpful and the strongest crew we have ever seen. Bernadette and Lorraine were absolutely fabulous with arranging our date and being flexible even on a Friday and arranging boxes, we needed more. Amazing local service. A big huge thank you to all. Care Move is well named - an excellent company Bernadette and her team were all very friendly and helpful. My disabled brother was moving home and the removal team were fantastic, extremely helpful and efficient. My brother was moved out and settled into his new home in no time at all. Care Move provided an excellent service, all stress free !
