Awful awful awful Awful awful awful. Bernadette is an awful person to deal with, assuming no responsibility for anything that went wrong, which was basically everything. They were late, a man short, had the wrong vehicle, broke stuff, lost stuff, were abusive in the street to each other and drive off before we could inspect the vehicle. Provided no boxes. Avoid at all costs, and don’t believe a word she says. Edit: You’re welcome, but it’s not a nasty review. It’s a fair and honest appraisal of you and your service. You don’t (can’t!) deny any of my complaints, yet you refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. That was the choice you made. So don’t complain about your review.

Move good but disappointed with company after breakage Lazy packing of one very expensive item led to breakage and company refused to accept responsibility. You can see their reply had it have packed and marked properly and not wrapped in one of my quilts in an unmarked box then it would be in tact like the rest of my chattels

Despite a miscommunication from head office and other unforseen obstacles, the team on the day went above and beyond to get us moved in within the expected time frame. What a great service What a great service! Our removal professionals turned up on time. They were so happy and positive. Care was taken with all our stuff i was so impressed. At such a stressful time the two guys both called Paul made the experience so much more positive with their positive energy. Lovely guys and a very professional company. Many many thanks Bernadette.
