I wanted to ask Shields movers if they had experience moving heavy objects like a woodworking machine weighing 500 pounds, which would require a lift-gate. First I tried chat on the website. The representative refused to answer questions via chat and told me to fill out their web form. So I phoned the company and got the same representative. He refused to answer questions and again told me to fill out their web form. He called me "rude" when I said that I wanted to ask THEM a question before spending time sending them all of the details. And then he hung up on me. I just wanted to ask if they had lift-gate capability, not just trucks with ramps. If this interaction was typical of how they treat customers, I would steer well clear.
