Professional Pricing was fair. Workers were on time and communicated with me from the start of the move, till the end. They handled my stuff with care and they moved quickly. In one word, I would say they were very professional. Will definitely recommend!!!!

It’s like texting a child I checked out Craigslist to discover options for movers when I came across Shields Movers who advertise last minute call and 24/7 holidays. I was impressed with their assertion to safety, insurance, reliability, and professionalism. I had quickly found exactly what I was looking for so I gave the company a text as recommended in their advertisement I didn’t hear back so I decided to submit a quote request on the company’s website out and was further impressed by how easy it was to navigate. Hours later I received a text back from the number in the ad: *Me: Hi - Shields: No *No? - We said no *Is this Shields Movers? - We are not interested.. stop texting us *(I sent a screen capture of their ad) - We are not interested stop texting us ok? *What? I'm trying to hire your company. - We are all booked up until next year we're not interested in your services *Your ad states last minute call and 24/7 holidays. - We are all booked up but cannot offer any Services we're booked up until next year *So you don't offer last minute call and 24/7 holidays? - No we don't it's no need to keep texting us we just said we cannot offer services we are booked up until next year it's no need we cannot offer you help stop texting us Their ad was nice, their website was nice, and their photos looked friendly however actions speak louder than words. Pretty disappointed with the actual interaction and communication.

Nope. Don't Use These Jokers Nope. Do not use these jokers. I scheduled. They confirmed more than once. They charged a deposit. They called to reschedule for an hour earlier. Now, they are 5 hours late. Unreliable. I called to complain and can only reach an answering service. We waited until 1 pm. They never arrived. My husband unloaded the truck. Never saw anyone from this company and they did not start nor complete the move.

They moved a 1,000 pound statue and several large trees Now I know why these guys get lots of five star reviews, because they earn it. I swear I've never had a more efficient smooth move before. They showed up on time, had all of the supplies we needed, were extremely helpful and didn't break anything! Not only that, they moved a 1,000 pound statue and several large trees.
