I've used United American Moving and… I've used United American Moving and Storage, 2 times in the last 4 years, and their customer service is solid. We've had the same service rep each time, which is nice. What stands out is the care they take in protecting both your old and new places, something different from other movers. The quotes are accurate, though on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. The crews have always been skilled and professional, with good teamwork. I've never seen any issues between different crews, and they all seem well-trained. Everything has arrived on time and in good shape, with only a minor scratch or two in 4 years. If United American Moving and Storage, could maintain the quality while lowering the price, it would be even better.

Their attention to detail, careful handling of stuff, and the way the team worked together caught my attention. When it was my turn to move, they did an outstanding job. They took extra care with my stuff, making sure everything, from delicate vases to big furniture, got safely to the new place. WORST MOVING COMPANY THERE IS WORST MOVING COMPANY THERE IS! They lie to deceive the customer!!! They claim to be "Veteran / Family Owned" and did not disclose when asked specifically that they are a moving broker! They give you a ridiculously LOW estimate to bait you in, then will at least double the expense! They will NOT refund your deposit! ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS!
