Overall very pleased with the company… Overall very pleased with the company and product. Box is reasonably insulated which I did notice when I was loading and unloading on a hot a day. Sometimes hard to get a hold of the office to schedule delivery or pickup and also 8am - 5pm delivery window doesn't help you free up the rest of your day but the driver does give you 30 min heads up and is on time when he says he's coming. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Successful move Wanted to take the time to share that renting from Cool Box was very organized, friendly, professional and most importantly fit our budget. For example, most rental places want a monthly rental. Cool Box offered a two week rental. This was perfect for us. We just need to move items from our small office for carpet removal and needed a secure place for a week or two. Cool Box Portable storage made it very manageable. Thank you. We had a successful move and with no effort with little worry.

Ok except…… Easy to order, great customer service very helpful Ordered 2-coolbox separate day delivery and pickup due to our short driveway! Only huge disappointment was our last storage container was stored overnight and next day delivery to the final destination we found our lock was missing and a few large gardening tools were missing and 2-side tables that were plastic wrapped sealed were broken into. No one helped us from coolbox, driver said the lock was there didn’t catch it till 30 minutes later and it wasn’t worth reporting it to our insurance. Would have been nice if as someone called us to give us a credit for the last month!!!

Highly Recommend Cool Box Cool box worked out great for our business remodel. I needed to free up floor space in our salon (Forever Beauty Hair and Nails, Milpitas, CA) and be able to receive new items for the remodel. This enabled me to continue operating the salon with minimal down time. The storage had ample space and stayed remarkably cool, which helped keep beauty supplies from overheating in the middle of the summer. Overall, I am 110% satisfied and highly recommend Cool Box.
