Overall very pleased with the company… Overall very pleased with the company and product. Box is reasonably insulated which I did notice when I was loading and unloading on a hot a day. Sometimes hard to get a hold of the office to schedule delivery or pickup and also 8am - 5pm delivery window doesn't help you free up the rest of your day but the driver does give you 30 min heads up and is on time when he says he's coming. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Felix is a ROCK STAR!!! I requested to have my CoolBox delivered to my house so I could clean it out. I have been a customer for about 7 years, can not say enough wonderful things about CoolBox the company and all of its employees, But Felix who delivered the CoolBox to my house - WOW!!! He was a super professional and parked it absolutely perfectly in my driveway. Could not have been placed better - what a ROCK STAR!!!

Way better then PODs Cool Box stepped in and saved my day whereas PODs did not. Cool Box customer service is far superior over PODS. Will definitely use again. Drivers were courteous and professional, customer service was great in set-up and they delivered without incident....whereas PODS damaged my property and didn't say a word nor did they care. Cool Box is GREAT!
