A successful journey with Sunset Quite a journey moving overseas but it was done properly and my stress went away after I called up sunset. I got quotes from multiple different companies but a lot of them were hesitant when I asked questions about certain things. Sunset was well equipped with the answers. I wanted to know things like foreign documentation when shipping stuff overseas if I was going to have to deal with that. Sunset handles all of that. From documents to helping you pack to expediting moving times, they kept me informed and stayed organized. Great service

Artwork and Furniture Sunset Movers were very accommodating to all of my needs and questions. I had a large studio setup with artwork and furniture that I moved to London for Show and to work/live there while the exhibition was up. The moving team and the customer service guys had a great attitude. They arrived up on time and called ahead to confirm they were coming on time. No hiccups, lots of hard work by them, and great communication. Half way through the move I became way more relaxed knowing they had everything under control.

Toronto Made Easy These guys made our move possible! They helped my brother and I move out of our apartment into our new one Toronto. They even gave us all the boxes we needed at no charge. Once everything arrived nothing came in damaged, they made sure to take care of the paperwork details as well. When we started our search for moving out of the country we felt confused and overwhelmed. Working with Sunset made the whole ordeal feel much more manageable.

Great Staff Sunset was great to work with. I'm not going to say my over seas move wasn't stressful because it was but they helped a lot with everything. It wouldn't have been possible without them. It was nice they were willing to just give me general info about international shipping and their practices without being lured into paying something right away. They let me take my time to decide and respected my wishes. I weighed out my options and in the end I'm happy I used them. It was nearly a month long shipping journey but I can say for certain they give you your money's worth in service.

Extremely delayed shipment - bad communication I moved to Ottawa from LA on August 4, it's September 20th and my stuff still isn't here. At the beginning, the agent gave me a very rosy picture, my stuff would arrive within a couple of weeks. Now that they charged me in full, It's been extremely frustrating to get even an estimate of when my stuff will arrive. I've been living in an empty house for weeks and I have no idea when I will receive my belongings. I understand the pandemic would cause problems, as it did for so many businesses, but I wish they were at least honest with me so that I could've planned accordingly. I hate to be writing this before my experience is complete, but I've been waiting and waiting to receive my things and it's been almost 7 weeks.
