GBThank You! Sunset was contacted and hired to do a business move for an expanding company that was opening a new headquarters in Liverpool. We needed office furniture shipped. We also needed the belongings of 3 of our main employees shipped as well. From our personal experience we felt Sunset did a phenomenal job taking good care of our belongings and handling the paper work for over seas transport. This was a large move and for the price that was paid we were expecting high quality service. Sunset delivered and met our expectations. Insurance, which was a must was very reasonably priced. I personally recommend using the Full container load option when shipping by Sea Vessel. Cheers

CAExtremely delayed shipment - bad communication I moved to Ottawa from LA on August 4, it's September 20th and my stuff still isn't here. At the beginning, the agent gave me a very rosy picture, my stuff would arrive within a couple of weeks. Now that they charged me in full, It's been extremely frustrating to get even an estimate of when my stuff will arrive. I've been living in an empty house for weeks and I have no idea when I will receive my belongings. I understand the pandemic would cause problems, as it did for so many businesses, but I wish they were at least honest with me so that I could've planned accordingly. I hate to be writing this before my experience is complete, but I've been waiting and waiting to receive my things and it's been almost 7 weeks.

INGreat help getting me to London So glad this company worked out with my move to London. I recently got a very good internship/job opportunity n London, and there was no way I was going to pass by that. The only problem was that I had absolutely no idea how I was going to move all the way across the ocean. Thankfully after doing some research and asking around, I found this company. Called them up for pricing and time estimates, and it was pretty decent considering it's to a completely different continent. Went through the process with pre-payment and the rest was pretty simple. Great experience, would hire again if I need to move.

INShipping by Air Sunset moved me to London when I got promoted in my company and was given an opportunity to work over seas. I sold most of my stuff and shipped a dresser, some art and clothes by Air. The company took care of the expense which was more than I would of paid but the experience was quick and painless. Everything arrived over seas in 3 days and they also helped me unpack. Expensive move but good performance by the team.

GBShipped car & boxes. No issues… We Used Sunset to ship my car and a few boxes. I've been trying to sell my Station Wagon & downsize for months now. When my brother who lives in England said he'll take it and help out with Shipping expenses, I decided to look into it. Sunset made the process easy and much more affordable than I thought. I was assuming it was going to be near 5 figures but it wasn't half bad. The vehicle & 8 boxes of things he wanted arrived at a drop off point. My brother checked it out and said it was in great shape. He sent me a bunch of pictures of how everything arrived and it all looked great!
