Overall it was a good experience Overall it was a good experience. Our items were packed and stored for two months and then shipped overseas. It arrived a day earlier than expected. All the paperwork was handled by the movers, which was nice. All of our fragile glassware and paintings arrived in tact but a few pieces of antique furniture suffered minor damage and one leg on one of the dining room chairs broke off.

Wonderful service! Helpful, patient and incredibly dedicated to getting my things safely from the US to Germany! Everything was packed so carefully that even my almost entirely glass PC case showed up in perfect condition. I really cannot thank Dave and co for all their hard work!

Broke our stuff and overcharged us. Broke our stuff and overcharged us. Our stuff fell off the truck, the last movers showed us pictures, and Chuck laughed it off and said we did not buy the insurance. It was gross negligence on their part. Also was over charged after they said they were not ready to deliver our furniture. Added 500. Wow, highly recommend using anyone but Raineir! You definitely want to go with someone that won't brake your things and overcharge you with the hidden fees.

Chuck Crosslin stewarded us through the… Chuck Crosslin stewarded us through the process of shipping our household goods from Seattle to Berlin. Communication was thorough and prompt during the months preceding the move, and throughout the months until it arrived. Their sub-contractor Mitchell did a very professional, efficient and friendly safe packing of all our goods. It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience with both companies; though we were well-organized and prepared which no doubt also helped. Through no fault of anyone in this process, the shipping took a bit longer due to the Panama Canal water level problems. Despite the delay Chuck stayed in touch, as did the European company handling the move on the continent, Gosselin. Everything arrived and not a thing, china, photo lenses, crystal, lamps, art work - was damaged in any way. It was beautifully packed to fully protect the contents. I couldn't recommend Rainier Shipping and Chuck Crosslin more highly. Extremely satisfied with the experience from beginning to end.

This was the best experience ever. This was the best experience ever. Don who works at Rainier moved me from Germany to NY. It was an amazing experience. No issues. They came and packed everything. I received my shipment within 20days. The companies they used in Germany and NY were amazing. Packing and unpacking. It went fast, smooth, professional. Don and his wife made the process so easy. They are very fast in responding to emails or calls. An amazing Company/team. I highly recommend this company.
