GBGREAT Company Great communication and delivery and pick-up was on time as scheduled. Drivers called in advance and were polite, and accommodated my request to reverse the orientation of the door without complaining. Unit was clean when delivered. I would definitely use them again when the need arises.

GBAbsolutely terrible pod Absolutely terrible pod! We wanted to move a few pieces of furniture into the Pod while remodeling the kitchen. The Pod, on arrival, smelled like a F’ing ashtray!!!!!!!! I called to express my concern of putting my couch in and it smelling like smoke. They later responded with “ After reviewing your call, we are not going to accommodate you!” I wasn’t looking for a new Pod to be delivered but a few bucks off the bill would have been nice!!!!!!! We got the largest Pod and used less than half the space due to the smell! Finally, I would give zero stars if aloud!

GBThe pods wasn’t to clean and stink Make sure there cleaned better and not so stinky and the old 12 ft they sent was really bad,but the drivers were very nice and respectful all 3 guys and yes I cleaned my pods out good!

GBStart to finish Start to finish, a very impressive experience. From initial contact to scheduling to POD delivery/shipment, etc., really well done. Great communication as well.

GBAll good till final pick up Everything went smoothly till final pick up for empty container, it was supposed to be $60, somehow I was charged $139. They told me because I requested pm pick up so I had to pay extra which was all the lies. One of customer service advisors told me i can request pm pick up (no date was changed), free of charge, apparently it was a lie. Never trust customer service verbally, always request a written emails!
