Personal customer service each and… Personal customer service each and every time that I have ever needed anything. If they are not available at the time of your call you will receive a call back asap asking how they can assist you. The facility is always clean. The staff is amazing.

Great facility, but a little pricey The employee did a great job explaining to me the lock up storage facility and all of the rules and procedures in a nice way. My only complaint is the monthly price is higher than I thought it would be.

Loved being able to pull into a… Loved being able to pull into a protected bay area to unload. The paperwork form was clear and simple. The manager presented the different size options so I could make a qualified choice for my belongings. I was given instructions on the elevator use and code info. The carts to offload my things were lined up & easily available to use - and the facility was very clean. Everything was easy to get things done and get out quickly.

Clean facilities Clean facilities. Manager was helpful, process to change from one locker to another size was made easy. Our movers drove right into a spacious area to park for unloading. Carts were available to make the move-in faster. This is the second time we’ve used The Lock Up and highly recommend to others considering when needing off site storage.
