Chris C. (Waikiki Beach) The facility is in a good location and easy to get to from Waikiki Beach. The staff are totally professional, competent, courteous, and friendly. The storage building is very practical with ease of access, highly secure systems & surveillance, plenty of vehicular entrances & parking, and elevators & cargo carts. There is no doubt that 'The Lock Up' is a premier storage business which is really worth the investment to store your stuff.

Great facility, but a little pricey The employee did a great job explaining to me the lock up storage facility and all of the rules and procedures in a nice way. My only complaint is the monthly price is higher than I thought it would be.

Exceptional Customer Service I booked online at a fair rate, but it was Bonnie’s follow up call that set the tone for the wonderful service I received when I arrived to complete my contract. She is super efficient while demonstrating a welcoming vibe…she made a difficult situation (divorce) into a truly positive experience! The unit is easy to access and the 5x10 space can accommodate quite a bit of boxes, bins, rugs and furniture, but it’s Bonnie who makes this location extra special!
