He let me know what recovery methods were at my disposal, how long each method takes, and how successful each one has been relative to the others. We approached the recovery process from several angles and eventually recovered control of the account. Had I not chosen to work with Greg, I wouldn’t have known what all my options were or how to prioritize them. Also, Greg kept me going when I would have normally thought the recovery process was a lost cause. The fact of the matter is that this took persistence. It took countless tries. This site got me back on Facebook This site was so helpful and understanding and calm about it. My Facebook site was hacked and then the Meta team sent me a notice that my accounts were suspended. A friend helping me found a good reference to hacked.com and the cost for the first zoom meeting was $69. There I met Aaron Weaver, from a shared screen he wrote the Michigan government officials to help. It took 3 weeks to get my personal account back up, but not business page. Today with another session, Aaron was able to click around and find my business page and help me set it up to be safe from hackers.

They fraudulently posted items for sale and even opened up a Meta account in my name to pay for ads to promote their scam. Christian helped me override the authenticator that they set up on my account and he went through all the settings that they changed in my settings which had given them the ability to kick me out each time I tried to take back my account on my own. He also helped me erase the fraudulent charges they made on the Meta account. He was incredibly knowledgable about the ins and outs of Facebook.
