I was weary at first but it worked out great. After having my Facebook account hacked I was weary of trusting anyone, but the guys at hacked.com talked me through what to do and helped me get my account back. The first Zoom meeting I only shared my screen with the consultant, so it felt really safe. I booked a second meeting to tidy up some things and get advice on how to keep my account safe. In that one I allowed the consultant to have remote control of the cursor (mouse), and I felt safe about that after the first meeting went so well.

Aaron is the Best Aaron is the Best. Here is a quick break down. Someone hacked into my Facebook/Meta acct and was using my business acct & Ads. I assuming it was gone after having it for 20 years and using it for business since it was no longer visible. I was sad that i had lost all my business ads, 20 yrs of memories and messages. We approached the recovery process from several angles and eventually recovered control of the account.
