They keep my records on file so anyone in the store can assist at any time and any day. I like that! Super efficient. I got my flooring completed in no time. The quality of the materials in their store are exceptional. They carry top shelf product! Their installers are just as good. I would definitely recommend them.

GBSwam It was all good except 1 large seam that is very noticeable. We had them out twice to fix it, but still looks just as bad. We were told over time when it was stepped on more it would look better, but a year later it is still extremely noticeable every time we walk into the room.
