Excellent product Carpet One went out of their way to find the right carpet for my home. I went in there with ideas and came out with a better solution. The measuring went quickly and installation on schedule. Was concerned with how carpet met hardwood and they came up with a solution that worked. Suggested a new vacuum, but that wasn't a problem.

Great Service Carpet One did a great job! Our Estimator, Bob, went above and beyond and helped us pick out the right carpet and color for our rental house. We are located out of town and Bob made the installation so easy by looking at the paint color and matching the right color for our needs. Swam It was all good except 1 large seam that is very noticeable. We had them out twice to fix it, but still looks just as bad. We were told over time when it was stepped on more it would look better, but a year later it is still extremely noticeable every time we walk into the room.
