Excellent Installer showed up on time. Product was correct. Neat and clean installation. I wild definitely use warrens again and recommend to everyone.

Won't be going back I picked out a remnant that needed to be shortened and they never shortened it. So I discovered it after I had gotten home and it didn't fit in the room. I had to take it back and they did fix it at no charge. I also had a runner installed in my front hall and stairs. It was suppose to be bound along the sides, they did not bind it yet I was charged for the binding. It also took the installer much longer because it was not cut prior and the installer had to use alot of tacks to put it in. It looks alright but I feel it could look better if it was done they way I was told it would be done. They never followed up with me about getting the doors cut, I had to call them. Basically overall the customer service it just not there. I have since found a different place with just as many remnants to choose from and better $$.

Great service We wish we would have been told that the carpet we selected would show a lot of footprints, but we got used to that. The installers arrived on time and did what appears to be a great job of putting the carpet in. They worked quickly and cleaned up before they left. Very satisfied.

Salesman and carpet are awesome, install had some issues. Our salesman, the carpet and the price were great. I was upset with the installation as they only sent 1 guy and we had a huge carpet that was 15 ft wide and needed to go to a 2nd floor. What were they thinking? Needless to say my husband helped the guy but having had rotator cuff surgery and herniated discs in his back I was happy he only ended up being sore as opposed to major problems.Also, someone didn't quite measure accuratley and our closets weren't carpeted as expected. Makes me not so sure I would do bussiness there again.
