They have been wonderful to work with, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Every one of the sales and support staff are friendly and easy to work with. I recently moved and needed to replace some carpet in my new home. The process was easy and fast. We had the room measured and got the bid back quickly, the carpet we selected was installed professionally and looks amazing. We recently had a lot of remodeling … We recently had a lot of remodeling done by Columbia One. Our experience with all products and staff have been amazing. All staff (Jason, Zach, Jacob and Bill) were extremely hard working, friendly, polite and strived to make our renovations stress free! They answered all our questions with patience and kindness. My cousin and I went to Columbia to ask … My cousin and I went to Columbia to ask for a donation for a benefit that we are having. We were greeted by Justin Davis and without hesitation, Justin was very happy to donate 2 rugs! We also found 3 area rugs that we purchases to raffle off at my cousin's cancer benefit!
