Justin made recommendations that made me feel like he cared as if he was flooring his own home. He also kept me in the loop before install and followed up after install. The owner is also most always on site. I happily enjoy supporting local business and working with this team of professionals!

Love working with Columbia Rug Carpet One I am a Home Stager and own Simply Organized & Staged. I have been working with Columbia Rug Carpet One for over 10 years now. They have been wonderful to work with, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Every one of the sales and support staff are friendly and easy to work with. I recently moved and needed to replace some carpet in my new home. The process was easy and fast. We had the room measured and got the bid back quickly, the carpet we selected was installed professionally and looks amazing. The installers were pleasant and even vacuumed the carpet for us before they left. I would and do recommend Columbia Rug Carpet One!
