GBGood Service Good Service. Fast response. Nice variety of services. I had to use their service twice last month - once with an emergency car lockout, and another with a front door lock change. I called them again since I liked their emergency car locksmith and I already had their phone number, so why not? I could say something bad about them, but it wouldn't even be nitpicking, it'd be a straight up lie! Will use their services again

GBDISSATISFIED the dispatcher did not no… DISSATISFIED the dispatcher did not no the price. I called at 6:30am nothing about Residential Lockout service $330 Emergency fee $110 service call $60 and once the service guy came he said he have to call the office to get the price he never spoke of the fees upfront he used 2 blood pressure cups and a 6 inch Com along find it hard to believe he didn't know fees before hand. that's when all theses came $500 total price for 20 Minutes. Total rip-off and expensive not trust worthy.

GBArrived on time with all the hardware… Arrived on time with all the hardware and tools as we discussed it over the phone. I let him inside my house to replace two door locks and the technician was very efficient and professional, even cleaned a bit before he was leaving. Absolutely incredible!

GBI was looking for a budget-friendly way… I was looking for a budget-friendly way to upgrade my security after some bad experiences and called in for consultation. The friendly operator advised me to use the rekey service instead of outright changing the lock so that's what I went with. It worked great! As locksmith companies go, this one was very comfortable to work with. They clearly know what they're doing and orient on providing a good experience for the customer. The guy in charge of my case came very quickly and handled everything much faster than I anticipated. It seemed like I blinked and I already had a new set of keys
