I was looking for a budget-friendly way… I was looking for a budget-friendly way to upgrade my security after some bad experiences and called in for consultation. The friendly operator advised me to use the rekey service instead of outright changing the lock so that's what I went with. It worked great! As locksmith companies go, this one was very comfortable to work with. They clearly know what they're doing and orient on providing a good experience for the customer. The guy in charge of my case came very quickly and handled everything much faster than I anticipated. It seemed like I blinked and I already had a new set of keys

DISSATISFIED the dispatcher did not no… DISSATISFIED the dispatcher did not no the price. I called at 6:30am nothing about Residential Lockout service $330 Emergency fee $110 service call $60 and once the service guy came he said he have to call the office to get the price he never spoke of the fees upfront he used 2 blood pressure cups and a 6 inch Com along find it hard to believe he didn't know fees before hand. that's when all theses came $500 total price for 20 Minutes. Total rip-off and expensive not trust worthy.

Just so everyone knows Just so everyone knows, this is not Capital City Locksmith in Tallahassee, they would never charge $330 to unlock someone's car and if they did I would want to know because I work there. I'm leaving this review to see if anyone will put the actual location of which this Capital City Locksmith works out of. The one we are at is in Tallahassee, Florida

Emergency Lockout Called Capital locksmith for an emergency lockout assistance. I locked my keys inside the car in the middle of nowhere. Luckily the technician wasn't far. Arrived in timely manner and charged a reasonable price for the situation.
