I called and gave all the information to the operator over the phone. 5 minutes later the technician called me to verify the information about my location, situation and urgency. During the time I spent waiting I felt like someone is doing his best to come all the way and help me. In person this technician was as expected. Nice, goal oriented and also funny!

I waited around 30 minutes for him to arrive (during rush hour) he called twice form the way to give me an update, when arrived he quickly started to check my lock mechanism and we've decided to replace it. 5 stars and highly recommend service

Called TLS to get a lockout assistance… Called TLS to get a lockout assistance for my car. The operator was very helpful and connected me with the technician that happened to be two blocks away. I am very satisfied with this locksmith service and not to mention their price was almost half of the other estimate I got over the phone.

This guy is a very good locksmith This guy is a very good locksmith. I called on a Friday evening and knew it won't be easy to find someone to break in the front door lock, but after trying to get a hold of two companies I did find "TLS" and they were super nice and professional and sent their technician in like 30 minutes. To sum things up - I would say this is not the cheapest locksmith - But definitely worth the money!

I was advised to change locks what's… I was advised to change locks what's with my roommate moving out. Happened upon this company by chance while looking for affordable options in my area. Instead of lock change, decided to settle on lock rekey since it sounded like an easier and more affordable way to upgrade the lock. The operator was very helpful in explaining what would entail. I really liked the locksmith who came to do the rekey itself. He was very personable didn't see to be chafe at having to explain stuff to a complete noob, and was done really quickly - much easier than I expected. The lock is working fine as of right now, btw.
