it has been over a month since Roy the… it has been over a month since Roy the locksmith from TLS visited and replaced my annoying old lock with a smart one. Wow I am so happy he convinced me to get this lock - it makes my life so much easier especially for my elderly mom that lives with me and had so many issues with the old lock that was replaced.

Technician came in the middle of the… Technician came in the middle of the night and he actually came especially to my area from Jacksonville. After he arrived he not only fixed my locks he also checked the rest of the locks just cause I asked, though I made it clear I'm not interested in spending more today he was super nice and did it as a part of the service.
