Tech Jake arrived at our home on… Tech Jake arrived at our home on 7/22/2022 and started working on Generac after we told him the problem we were having. At first, he thought it was the battery but he looked at the terminals going to the battery and they were corroded causing a bad connection and not sending voltage to startup unit. So he replaced them and it started right up. The last Tech should have caught this but that's another story. However, because of this mistake they didn't charge us for anything and we greatly appreciate it. Now we're getting ready to purchase a new one since we had this since 2006. Again, thanks to Jake he saved the day and so has Generac! Your Customer Service is outstanding as well.

Excellent product Excellent product. Seamless project. On time delivery. Professional, highly knowledgeable and accommodating technical staff. This is my second generator in 18 years.
