Not five star service, at least TEN STARS! I think it's been about ten years since CDS installed my whole house generator. The unit has worked flawlessly throughout that time, no doubt in part to the twice annual service they provide. Ten years is a long time to have a relationship with one service provider, but it looks like we're going to be together for a long tome into the future. Thanks CDS, you're number one in my book.

The lenght of time it took to finish… The lenght of time it took to finish the project . Signed contract in May 23 finished Feb 24. the mess the contractors made of the front lawn. the charges from BGE , we were told a few thousand , we were charge 10,600$, not meeting code when Harford county inspected

Mike, my main install dude was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mike and crew completed the perfect install. Everything went exactly as planned and in a timely manner. This crew is the best.

Great Service Coordination, and scheduling was perfect. Test went well. They should suggest covers for the equipment after install.

Tech Jake arrived at our home on… Tech Jake arrived at our home on 7/22/2022 and started working on Generac after we told him the problem we were having. At first, he thought it was the battery but he looked at the terminals going to the battery and they were corroded causing a bad connection and not sending voltage to startup unit. So he replaced them and it started right up. The last Tech should have caught this but that's another story. However, because of this mistake they didn't charge us for anything and we greatly appreciate it. Now we're getting ready to purchase a new one since we had this since 2006. Again, thanks to Jake he saved the day and so has Generac! Your Customer Service is outstanding as well.
