I was fooled by the… I was fooled by the newbusinessfiling.org website. I was misled that I was entering the State of NJ site. The link said "Online Filing-NJ Secretary of State". We ended up paying an additional $125 to file a document that I entered all the info myself. For me this was a ripoff. Now they have my credit card information and personal information Beware!!!

Excellent experience The service offered by newbusinessfilling.org made my experience with starting a business amazing. I was notified of an issue with my paperwork the day after its submission. The paper work was filed after a short conversation. I received all of my required documents from the state by the end of business the same day. The company representative I spoke with was named Joe. He answered all the questions I had with detailed information. This service is professional,expedient, and worth every penny.

Very easy process. It was much easier to apply and process than I expected. It was also a bit less expensive than anticipated. I received my documents via email within two weeks. My only complaint is that I wanted the business to be filed using my first initial and full middle name, but it was completed with my full first name and no middle name or initial. I believe this is due to the use of my personal SSN. I will check into having it changed/corrected later.
