Re-filing while delinquent With all the craziness, these Covid restrictions are placing on business' and our customers, I totally forgot to re-file. Expecting late fees and a stern reminder to be more timely in the future. I was pleasantly suprised to receive neither one. I was able to complete the filing online. The staff had a couple questions, they called and quickly got the info they needed with a minimum interruption of our business day. Well done.

I was fooled by the… I was fooled by the newbusinessfiling.org website. I was misled that I was entering the State of NJ site. The link said "Online Filing-NJ Secretary of State". We ended up paying an additional $125 to file a document that I entered all the info myself. For me this was a ripoff. Now they have my credit card information and personal information Beware!!!

I'm another one fooled! I'm another one fooled thinking i was using official NYS website to do a $9.00 filing only to see with them it's going to be $78!! And no refunds or cancellations. $69.00 fee for what would have taken me 3 minutes on the actual website. I will be disputing these charges and filing complaint with NYS Attorney General's Office for a predatory website.

Very easy process. It was much easier to apply and process than I expected. It was also a bit less expensive than anticipated. I received my documents via email within two weeks. My only complaint is that I wanted the business to be filed using my first initial and full middle name, but it was completed with my full first name and no middle name or initial. I believe this is due to the use of my personal SSN. I will check into having it changed/corrected later.

I had the great experience of being…helped by a lovely patient lady. I had the great experience of being helped by a woman named Sky. She was so patient with me and after I sent the requested documents she stayed on the phone with me until she had checked that my documents had been received. She didn't get impatient and made me feel so comfortable. I'd give her 5 stars!
