SCAM...technician came in...hooked his… SCAM...technician came in...hooked his machine to one a/c return explaining that only one duct need be used to clean the entire system. He then proceeded to clean the dryer duct, which he didn't do properly. After a couple of days of doing laundry, there was water running down the front of the dryer. He had managed to create a jam in the dryer line which disallowed the humid air to escape. He also didn't clean the flexible dryer vent from the unit to the aluminum duct. I have photo and video evidence of everything. Ughhhh

John was very friendly and… John was very friendly and professional. Happy with the results. Just make sure you talk about exactly what they are going to do for the price. They said basic cleaning which I thought included scrubbing the vents. That cost more but that is my only thing to make you aware of.

Definitely a scam! Definitely a scam!! Please be aware. Literally did nothing but spray paint over mold and charged almost $600. Tech vomited in my yard.
