A complete scam!! A complete scam! This guy came to our home for an appt at 12. He arrived at 12:30. He came in and asked me where my output vents were. I replied with “I don’t work for the air conditioning company I have know Idea what your asking.” He asked for one vent. Was here for 25 minutes. He didn’t touch any of the other vents in any of the other bedrooms. When I asked about this he said all the vents are the same. I contacted a female of the company on Facebook where we had conversed for our appt and was blocked! $175 for garbage. Didn’t even clean all the vents and then wanted to charge me $210 to clean some bacteria out of my ac unit but when I asked if he turned it back on he said yes! I had to go back out and turn on the breaker. Clearly “he doesn’t work for an ac company either” a complete waste of money. A waste of time. Completely irresponsible and to take from a single mother as a family owned business is beyond me. It’s not worth $175 let alone $300. He didn’t even check any other vents in the house or anything. Completely dissatisfied. I wasn’t even able to see if he even removed anything from the one vent he touched. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL BLOCK YOU AND NOT EVEN SEND THE GUY BACK TO DO THE OTHER DUCTS HE DIDNT TOUCH no wonder the last review they had was over a year ago.
