Nice staff on phone!! 1st time I have used Swell Pets but I had to get in contact with them as my next day delivery didn't happen (it was 3 days late) and when it did arrive the contents were damaged. Really nice guy on phone sorted refund on damaged goods and was very polite. Will use them again but hopefully I won't encounter the same delivery problems with Parcel Force as it was extremely BAD!!!!!!

Always know when the delivery will come The free delivery for orders over a certain amount is brilliant. I know my dogs' food will come next day when I order before 3pm the day before. The order has never failed to arrive. I sometimes combine my sister's order with my own so she doesn't have to pay for delivery on her smaller pet food order. Also a lot cheaper than my local pet shops.

CUSTOMER SERVICE? Have used Swell Pets for years now and always been v.happy indeed but seem to have zero customer service skills and too busy to cancel my order and refund after processing an order for 5 days with no disptach. Inability to be contacted by phone,email,or messenger on FB.Apparently they're v.busy with Covid unlike us Health workers and 3-5 days to answer anyone???Email to CEO on it's way too now.Awaiting discount voucher to be applied.Mailed and asked again,no code.Mailed again and asked again
