Swell pets Swell service I have used Swell Pets on numerous occasions and find their products are high quality. The delivery times are exceptional , usually next day free of charge. I order our dog food and have found that so far they have never been beaten on price. I happily recommended Swell Pets to family friends and all .

Good prices but not sure about the products My order delivered next day and a replacement also dispatched super fast, but the first item had creatures in it ( brown weevils/ beetles?) and arrived in a damaged box. The replacement also arrived very quickly, but again the box and contents looked li,e very old stock that had been lying around for a long time and stored in below optimum conditions

Ordered a dog drying coat Ordered a dog drying coat, order arrived 3days later only to find the wrong item had been dispatched. After contacting swell by email I heard nothing, after another couple of days I phoned swell only to be told to return the wrong item for my order to be delivered later in the day it was confirmed by email that they did not have the dog drying coat in stock. WHY ARE YOU SELLING PRODUCTS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK

Swell always make you feel comfortable… Swell always make you feel comfortable and not like your fed wrong information or backed into buying something you don't need. Jamies in there store is always lovely to talk too and always has a smile, as do all the other staff members. I cannot recommend them more!
