GBTerrible customer service experience Terrible customer service experience. I was planning to buy a camera through their website, but when I looked again, saw a different price because their so-called offers did not mention expiry dates. They change the prices as they wish without informing users. When I wanted to raise this as a complaint so they could improve the user experience by simply adding an offer end date on their website, the representative started being in denial and ignoring my feedback. He was rude and it was disgusting to see how he was patronising like I should sign up on their website to avoid missing out on offers even though I didn't ask for his advice. They are incapable of receiving any customer feedback. I will NOT buy their products

GBInvested in the ring system to protect… Invested in the ring system to protect my property. Paid the subscription for a few years now. The doorbell camera didn’t record my car being broken into on my drive. I called customer services who said my doorbell camera is working correctly and was not offline at all during that evening. They offered me £8 refund for one month subscription. I declined and asked for a refund which they have given me for the year subscription. I have decided to invest in a more reliable system with no subscription. Leaving me with multiple ring devices no longer required. Hundreds and hundreds of pounds wasted. I wouldn’t rely on Ring products for home security.

GBThis has been a total waste of… This has been a total waste of money.....absolutely useless and unreliable. So disappointed, but this really is a con. We had no idea we needed to buy a subscription for a basic service, I certainly won't buy a Ring ever again.
No nonsense Loz
GBAwful Awful. Wanted to change payment plan to monthly. Used admin portal but didn’t recognise my password. Tried to reset but didn’t receive any email which enabled me to do this. Finally just cancelled Ring Protect because it was easier. Shot yourselves in the foot RING!

GBForever Changing Batteries I've had the Ring alarm system with door sensors, motion sensors and cameras. After a year, I found myself changing batteries every few days on the devices. I've tried expensive batteries and rechargeable ones with no luck. I've spoken to Ring support and they told me that each time I replace the batteries I should factory reset the device. I spend hours each month replacing batteries just to keep everything online. Long term, I'm going to replace the system with a wired system.
