GBCamera Installation Robert just installed our 4 cameras around the perimeter of our house. He was extremely professional from the moment he introduced himself until he finished. He made sure everything was to our liking and helped answer any questions we had. It's rare these days to find an installer of any kind that takes the time to understand what the customer's needs are and to make sure they are happy. Robert did an outstanding job overall and the installation process could not have gone any better.

GBTerrible customer service Grainy cameras are night I found out this company changed its name due to so many bad reviews. They had Much lower stars ! Look under Titanium (without the home smart part). This is the absolute worst company I’ve encountered they use miss leading sales practices with surprise cost hidden in the contract. They will lie about anything to seal the deal. I experienced horrible install always late missing essential items for install. The cameras are very grainy at night. Cancelation is a night mare. Even if you do everything they ask they will not close out the account on their sides no department knows what the other is doing and will harass you. Trust me reviews can save you! Go directly to a brand that’s stood the test of time or you will be very disappointed down the line.

GBI actually meant a 0 stars ⭐️ but had… I actually meant a 0 stars ⭐️ but had the worse experience worthless security system. Would always be down and even after we did our 3 year contract still could not get it deactivated. They always put you on hold for long periods of time and not resolve a thing.

GBThe worse company ever The worse company ever. It took almost a year to cancel the services and still couldn't cancel services after what the representative asked us to write and email to their billing department. Then sales called again with a different company name on caller ID, my husband thinking it was Vivint. Titanium, this damm company is still trying to get money from us for the new services only by verbal contract and not with a written contract. Never sent us a contract to sign either. Now harassing us for $3000. Mind you the alarm system isn't even set up at our home. Our system is through Vivint. Don't sign up with this company, worse company and customer service ever.

GBbilling department is a joke billing department is a joke. I have been dealing with this horrible company since 2019 and the only reason why I still am a active customer is because of the contract I was tricked into signing. I am on manual billing and yet this company keeps charging my card fraudulent and without being unauthorized. They tell me they are deleting my payment info and never do and when you call for help you get the run around. I have to talk to several people to get reimbursed. This has happened about 5 times
