Terrible company Terrible company, poor equipment, poor service, bad central station monitoring. What more can I say? If you can avoid this company, by all means do so, ESPECIALLY if you are a commercial customer that does not like to be called routinely, late at night, to hear about a faulty unit going off, from a company that makes no attempts to fix the problem. Look at their pathetic reply below…..

TERRIBLE COMPANY Vector Security bought out our local monitoring service. Wife was recovering from cancer/chemo at the time. Salesman rang door bell and told wife needed her to sign a contract "just to change the service." Sold our house two years later. Vector now says wife signed a 3 year contract and we owe another year for $500. Refused to cancel service even though new home owner (at our suggestion) continued service with Vector. We have refused payment and Vector sent account to a collection agency. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Only giving one star because I can't… Only giving one star because I can't click zero. I never recalled signing a 60 month contract. I was provided with the alleged contract that i signed. Its definitely not my signature. I told the dealer THE DAY I SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE that i would be moving. He assured me with military orders it would be no problem to cancel. He never said i would either have to sell my house or pay over $2300 for a service contract that was binding for 60 months. If this was the business model from the start, good luck with future military customers and competing in todays market with other security companies.

We recently had our alarm system… We recently had our alarm system upgraded and have already had a system failure. We had 2 false smoke alarms at last evening/early morning. Called first thing for a service call and could not be scheduled for 2 weeks, entirely too long to wait for a security system repair. Had we not been home, which would not be uncommon in the summer, I fear that the fire company may have broken into the house to look for the fire.

I was a customer for over eight years I was a customer for over eight years. Half the time the cameras didn't work. Customer service was awful and they are two expensive. I moved three times and continued to use this company for service. The last move, I was only in the home for a year. They charged me over a 1k for two cameras and sensors. They started me on a new contract for whatever reason. Then I sold the home and they forced me to cancel service and charged me over 2K to get out of the contract. RUN, don't walk away from this company. They will rip you off!
