Don't use them!!! First of all, they never called to check on thing when the alarm would actually go off...then on top of that, we are military, so when it came time to PCS, they made us pay out the remainder of our contract even after we sent them a copy of the orders and a written notice to cancel service. They are rude on the phone in their customer service department and we have already told all our military friends to never use them.

I strongly suggest any other company… I strongly suggest any other company besides this one. Myself and my moms house both had them for several years. Lots of service problems and continually having issues with truly having a working alarm. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Cancelling "service if you can call it that" immediately.

Only giving one star because I can't… Only giving one star because I can't click zero. I never recalled signing a 60 month contract. I was provided with the alleged contract that i signed. Its definitely not my signature. I told the dealer THE DAY I SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE that i would be moving. He assured me with military orders it would be no problem to cancel. He never said i would either have to sell my house or pay over $2300 for a service contract that was binding for 60 months. If this was the business model from the start, good luck with future military customers and competing in todays market with other security companies.

Made it right I previously left a review and gave them 1 star. The sales rep was out to my home today and is satisfactorily resolving all issues and concerns. I am happy with the system and utilize it remotely. Really like the Wi-Fi thermostat.

Hopeful, but not there yet We had some problems with the reliability of the system (false alarms due to smoke detectors) and didn't get the best response initially from Vector's branch. However, after writing an online review, the branch manager reached out and is doing what is needed to address the problems. I'm optimistic that things will work out, and will come back and give them some more stars towards the end of 2017 after everything is settled.
