GBNeed more shipping options The price I paid for the spring was okay even thogh it should not break one month outside the warranty but the shipping needs more options than what they offer. Any time the shipping options are limited the price is outrageous

GBUnhappy We had ordered a Digital Keypad lock as ours had broken! It was for our main entrance door! We were told to order model 5600 as it replaces the one that broke. We bought it with the NEXT day UPS service as we had no door handle or lock at a cost of $71.00us but did not receive the package until 4 days later!!! Then to find out it did not fit/or replace the old one! Very upset with the service and was not reimbursed for purchasing the next day service we had paid for and had not recieved. When called them to tell them the handle did not fit and we will be sending it back they would not pay for the return of the product ! I did send an email expressing my concern but no reply was given! I would not recommend this company as it was very dissapointing experience!
