I highly recommend Ramtown! I recently had luxury vinyl plank installed by Ramtown in my kitchen. I cannot praise this establishment enough. From Pam MaKay in the showroom to Tom who managed the job to the very professional and talented installers...they get 5 stars! Low key, knowledgeable and caring. They pay attention to every detail. They aren’t happy unless the customer is happy. I highly recommend this store.

Ramtown Carpet From picking out all of the great choices with the staff, to Tommy who is great at measuring and customer service, and finally the 5 installers that came on time , were very polite , very careful and were like machines installing an entire house with moving furniture , ripping up old carpet , installing the new carpet, then putting everything back where it belonged. I was amazed and to say the least very impressed. I totally recommend this place of business.

Awsome Job.......Honest and helpfull with great prices. As soon as you enter the showroom your made to feel comfortable. Nancy and Pam did a great job taking their time explaining what floors would be best for my situation. they took their time and answered every question. Installation was done on time and my new floors look beautiful. the whole experience was such a breath of fresh air.

Loved ramtown Everyone at ramtown carpet was such a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful with the different types of Capet and what would work best with my house. They came out to measure and when talking about carpet I mentioned I was repainting. When I went to the store to look at other carpets they had picked out a couple paint samples that would work with the carpet we chose. The installers were extremely professional and hey worked all day and night installing my carpet. I highly recommend ramtown carpet. I loved my entire experience with them. Thank you ramtown

Great experience from selection to installation. A great experience beginning with the knowledgeable sales staff, Nancy and Pam, who accessed our lifestyle and helped us choose a carpet that would withstand the accidents our two dogs have sometimes while staying within our budget. With new furniture we were concerned about the installation but Tommy, the customer service manager, made sure that the installation was flawless, and the installers were great. They were courteous, careful and neat. Looking forward to our next floor project and working with the Ramtown team again.
