Very Pleased From the time we met Nancy at the Home show at Brookdale CC we have been happy with the attention we have received. The girls spent time with us to pick out the best floor, type & color for our kitchen renovation. Nancy kept us informed about price and instillation. Tom provided us with a great installer, Tom also, who did a fabulous job putting down our chosen product. Tom was very attentive during the instillation by not only coming to the house during the instillation but also to inspect the job after it was completed. Excellent customer service! We just recently had a tile and flooring job and Ramtown Carpet one was so easy to deal with and customer focused! We enjoyed with working with Nancy, Pam and Tommy . Ramtown Carpet From picking out all of the great choices with the staff, to Tommy who is great at measuring and customer service, and finally the 5 installers that came on time , were very polite , very careful and were like machines installing an entire house with moving furniture , ripping up old carpet , installing the new carpet, then putting everything back where it belonged. I was amazed and to say the least very impressed. I totally recommend this place of business.

Nancy and Tommy were great! Very easy experience - we selected a carpet and got an install date quickly and easily. Nancy is SUPER NICE and very efficient - when she said she would do something, it happened. She was very conscientious too! Once it was time for install, Tommy contacted me to set the date - the workers came out and the install was perfect. This was our first time working with Ramtown, but we will definitely use them again!
