Happy customer I was looking for something very specific and Diane at BelTile was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, contacting their factories in Italy to see what could be sourced to fulfill my vision. Price was very competitive compared to other options I explored. I just placed a large order and have yet to receive it so I can't speak to the delivery experience just yet but the sales process was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this company. 12 out of 10 stars for Diane!

Unhappy Tile sample came from another country so it went through many places before it arrived to me, the box was smashed in and the tile was chipped as well. Paid a hefty price for just a sample and wasn’t pleased. They did offer to send me another sample and try to remedy my issue so I did bump their stars up for that!

My sample tile arrived in perfect condition, but… My sample tile arrived in perfect condition, thanks to lots of bubble wrap. But I learned the hard way why it cost $35 to ship a 2x8" piece of tile: it came from Tunisia, not the US! So I will not be ordering more tile to put into a bathroom.

Impressive product and service The tile I ordered is beautiful, just as I was hoping for. It seems like it is good quality. When I emailed to ask about other product availability I got a response, with pictures, within minutes. I am very impressed with beltile and hope to have an opportunity to use their products again.
