Thrilled! I ordered the San Diego tile on a Thursday, and it arrived from Tunisia on Monday to me on the East Coast, well packaged in perfect condition. I was hesitant to order online, but it worked out great. The tile is gorgeous, handpainted, classic pattern, color just as I expected, the perfect accent for my bathroom backsplash. Well worth the price + shipping.

Not able to fulfill obligation Not able to fulfill obligation, I put order in and then it confirmed order, wanted to charge me $35.00 in shipping for one box of tile I agreed, then 3 days later said they couldn't do it because the 10 sq I ordered wasn't enough. They wanted 75 sq of tile minimum. I don't even want to know what shipping that would have cost. Will not be a returning customer.

Sent wrong tile. Beautiful tile selection, but they sent the wrong tile sample. Colors online do not fully match reality, so we are glad we ordered a sample. But, the sample we ordered is not the one we received. Makes me concerned about ordering large quantity - what if they send the wrong one? When we ordered the sample we did not get any confirmation of shipping, tracking, or estimated arrival so it was a bit of a mystery until the tile sample showed up by mail.
