The company did not update their website on quantity which leads the customer thinking that they can buy a minimum quantity, which in fact, they have to buy 100 times more the amount. Reason, the shipments are coming overseas and they want to avoid supply chain cost from Overseas. You will spend well over $1,000.00 in cost of what you originally want. You will see!!!

Happy customer I was looking for something very specific and Diane at BelTile was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, contacting their factories in Italy to see what could be sourced to fulfill my vision. Price was very competitive compared to other options I explored. I just placed a large order and have yet to receive it so I can't speak to the delivery experience just yet but the sales process was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this company. 12 out of 10 stars for Diane!

My sample tile arrived in perfect condition, but… My sample tile arrived in perfect condition, thanks to lots of bubble wrap. But I learned the hard way why it cost $35 to ship a 2x8" piece of tile: it came from Tunisia, not the US! So I will not be ordering more tile to put into a bathroom.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE They had tile that I could not find anywhere else and they shipped it to my door! There was a slight hiccup but they corrected it immediately without any problems. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
