Best purchase!!! I purchased three inserts for our primary bedroom windows. We live in a downtown area and over the years more and more development has led to increased high rises and traffic noise. I can say these inserts have drastically decreased the noise around us. Loud mufflers and reving engine noise was decreased by 90 percent! Normal outside noice decrease more than that. That makes a world of difference. I actually can sleep through the night now. Super easy to measure, order, and install. Highly recommend!

We had an A++++great experience from start to finish! We had a great experience from beginning of the processing working with James Werth who helped us understand how Indows worked and led us through the process! We got our inserts for 5 strategic windows where the highway gives a lot of noise, and we are superbly satisfied with the end result. The noise has been greatly reduced as was promised, so we are infinitely happy and satisfied! Highly recommended and end product fit perfectly!

My husband and I purchased Indowwindows… My husband and I purchased Indowwindows two years ago and purchased additional windows this year. We live in Massachusetts and own an old 1700's house. From the beginning Reed and the staff assisted us with advice on measuring the windows to assure the fit properly. They all fit perfectly! The windows have helped so much in the cold winters and look beautiful, they're perfectly clear and very easy to insert and take out if needed. They work! They actually do work surprisingly well! Don't expect 100% noise reduction, or you will be disappointed. But there has been a significant drop in the road noise in the rooms where I bought the windows, such that it does not bother me anymore and I tune it out. The installation and measuring process were a lot harder than advertised, recommend getting a handyman to help.

Cut bedroom decibel level in HALF. Impressed. 5 stars for a great product. I live next to a busy highway and it's been incredibly disruptive to my sleep. Indow has cut the decibel level in my bedroom by HALF. Impressed. My only gripe: Shipping took about a month, and instead of just saying "shipping takes a month" (which I would have been completely fine with) the company auto-sends an email after purchase saying "We have worked hard to absorb the supply chain issues that have affected the entire world". This is unprofessional and annoying and as dated as listing your pager number on a business card or fax number on your website. Companies need to stop blaming acts of God for your poor customer service department or slow response/delivery times. Deal with things out of your control, and stop making excuses because of them. (Especially THREE YEARS later)
